95. תיקון טעויות סופר בפנקס
(א)פקיד ההסדר, ובהעדרו – המנהל, וכן בית המשפט, הכל לפי הענין, רשאים להרשות לרשם לתקן טעות סופר או השמטת סופר שבפנקס.
(ב)כל שינוי בפנקס לפי סעיף זה ייחתם על ידי הרשם, ורשומת תיקונים תנוהל בנפרד.
