18. ביצוע ותקנות
תיקון: תשמ״א
(א)הממשלה רשאית להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצוע חוק זה.
(ב)בתקנות ייקבעו כללים שלפיהם ניתן לאשר ארכיון כארכיון ציבורי ולבטל אישור כאמור, וכן כללים לסדרי ניהול של ארכיונים ציבוריים ודרכי הפיקוח של הגנז עליהם; תקנות על פי סעיף קטן זה טעונות אישור ועדת החינוך והתרבות של הכנסת.
(ג)לא יותקנו תקנות אלא אחר התייעצות במועצה.
