1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשע״ב
בתקנות אלה –
”פקודה“ – לרבות פקודות הצבא, פקודות קבע, פקודות שגרה והוראות אחרות המחייבות בצבא;
”חייל מילואים“ – יוצא־צבא הנמנה עם כוחות המילואים של הצבא, שעה שאינו בשירות;
”חוק השיפוט הצבאי“ – חוק השיפוט הצבאי, תשט״ו–1955;
”מפקד“ – מפקד היחידה בה משרת חייל מילואים, לרבות הממונה על משרד מפקדת אותה יחידה.
