13. ענשים
תיקון: תשל״ח, תשמ״ג, תשנ״ט, תשע״ב
(א)אי־קיום חובה מן החובות המנויות בתקנות אלו מהווה עבירה ודינה – מאסר ששה חדשים או קנס בשיעור הקבוע בסעיף 40(2) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977 או שני הענשים כאחד.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), אי קיום חובה מן החובות הקבועות בתקנות 6 ו־6א לא תהווה עבירה אם הראה חייל המילואים הצדק סביר לדבר.
