5. אי־התייצבות לשירות
תיקון: תשע״ב
חייל מילואים שמחמת כל סיבה שהיא נבצר ממנו להתייצב לשירות במועד שנקבע, יודיע על כך למפקדו בהקדם האפשרי, ובאם מחלה מנעה ממנו את התייצבותו לשירות, יתייצב לבדיקה רפואית או ירשה בדיקה רפואית במקום הימצאו.
