25. סמכות בית המשפט לשלול רישיון
הורשע אדם בעבירה לפי סעיף 23, רשאי בית המשפט, נוסף על כל עונש אחר, לצוות על שלילת רישיון שניתן לו לפי חוק זה, או לפסול אותו מלקבל או מלהחזיק ברישיון כאמור, לתקופה שיקבע בית המשפט.
