31. תקציב הרשות המוסמכת
(א)התקציב השנתי של הרשות המוסמכת למימון פעולותיה והוצאותיה לפי הוראות חוק זה, ייקבע במסגרת ההקצאה לתחום הפעולה – ספורט, בסעיף תקציב משרד החינוך התרבות והספורט, בחוק התקציב השנתי.
(ב)בסעיף זה –
”חוק התקציב השנתי“ – כמשמעותו בחוק יסודות התקציב, התשמ״ה–1985;
”תחום פעולה“ ו”סעיף תקציב“ – כהגדרתם בחוק התקציב השנתי.
