3. ביטול הכרה
השר רשאי לבטל את ההכרה, בכל תחום מתחומי ענף הנהיגה הספורטיבית, לאחר שנתן הזדמנות לתאגיד להשמיע את טענותיו, אם סבר כי בתאגיד פסקו מלהתקיים התנאים שבתקנה 1, כולם או מקצתם.
