13. שינוי השם
(א)שותפות רשאית, באישור הרשם, לשנות את שמה.
(ב)שינוי שמה של שותפות אינו משפיע על שום זכות או התחייבות ואינו פוגם בשום הליך משפטי שלה או נגדה.
