הודעה בדבר השייך לעסקי השותפות, שנמסרה לאחד השותפים הפועל כרגיל בעסקיה, כוחה יפה כהודעה לשותפות, למעט מרמה שנעשתה בידי אותו שותף או בהסכמתו.
