36. פרישה משותפות שמרצון
לא הוסכם על תקופה קצובה לקיום השותפות, יוכל כל שותף לסיימה בכל עת במתן הודעה על כוונתו זו לכל שאר השותפים; הוקמה השותפות מלכתחילה בתעודה, תספיק לסיומה הודעה בכתב חתומה ביד המודיע.
