48. משא ומתן עם שותפות בלי ידיעת השינוי בהרכבה
(א)הנושא ונותן עם שותפות לאחר שחל שינוי בהרכבה, רשאי – כל עוד לא נודע לו השינוי – לראות את כל השותפים לכאורה של השותפות הישנה כאילו הם עדיין שותפים בה.
(ב)מודעה ברשומות על שינוי בהרכב השותפות תשמש הודעה לכל אדם.
