58. רישום שותפות מוגבלת
רישומה של שותפות מוגבלת יהיה במשלוח הודעה בדואר לרשם או במסירתה לו כשהיא חתומה בידי השותפים ומכילה, בנוסף על הפרטים הנדרשים משותפות רגילה, הודעה שהשותפות היא מוגבלת, ופרטים על כל שותף מוגבל ועל הסכום שהכניס ואם שולם במזומנים או בדרך אחרת.
