65מד. מדיניות תגמול ועסקאות הטעונות אישור מיוחד
תיקון: תשע״ה
(א)מדיניות התגמול של חברת השותף הכללי ושל השותפות המוגבלת הציבורית וכן העסקאות המנויות בסימן זה, טעונות אישורים כמפורט בסימן זה, ובלבד שהן לטובת השותפות המוגבלת הציבורית.
(ב)השר, לאחר התייעצות עם רשות ניירות ערך, רשאי לקבוע כי הוראות סימן זה לעניין מדיניות התגמול לא יחולו על סוגים של שותפויות מוגבלות ציבוריות, כפי שיקבע.
