7. דרכי הרישום
רישומה של שותפות יהיה במשלוח הודעה לרשם, חתומה בידי השותָפים ומכילה פרטים אלה:
(1)שם השותפות;
(2)מהות העסק דרך כלל;
(3)מקומו הראשי של העסק;
(4)שמו המלא, מענו והגדרו של כל שותף;
(5)שמותיהם של השותפים המורשים לנהל את עניני השותָפות ולחתום בשמה, זולת אם כולם מורשים לכך;
(6)תקופת קיומה של השותפות, אם נקבעה לה תקופה, ויום תחילתה.
