11. רישוי עובדים בנמל

(א)סירַאי, ארבַּאי, דייג, סַוור, סַפָּק אניות, נציג בית מלון ואנשים אחרים העוסקים במקצוע או בעבודה בתחום נמל, בין בים ובין ביבשה, חייבים להשיג רשיון מאת מנהל הנמל ולשלם בעדו את האגרה שנקבעה.
(ב)סוכן מכס הרשום לפי חוק סוכני המכס, תשכ״ה–1964, פטור מרשיון לפי פקודה זו.
(ג)מי שקיבל רשיון לפי פקודת הדיג, 1937, פטור מאגרת רשיון לפי פקודה זו כדי לבקר בנמל לענינים הקשורים בדיג בלבד.
