24. שמירת טובין על חשבון הבעל
תיקון: תשס״ד [14ה]
מנהל הנמל רשאי, אם שוכנע שהדבר דרוש למניעת צפיפות יתירה בתנועה בנמל, לסלק מהנמל כל סחורה, חבילות, בעלי־חיים, מטען נוסעים או מטען אחר שהבעל לא הוציאם תוך זמן שקבע מנהל הנמל, ולהחזיקם על חשבון הבעל במקום שיראה מתאים לכך, ובלבד שניתנה הודעה מוקדמת לבעל להוציאם כאמור; אם הבעל או מענו לא היו ידועים למנהל הנמל, יפרסם את ההודעה בדרך הנראית לו.
