37. סמכות להרחיק מהנמל
[14]
(א)מנהל נמל רשאי בכל עת להרחיק מהנמל אדם –
(1)האשם בהתנהגות פרועה שם;
(2)המסרב למלא הוראה חוקית שנתן אדם שהוסמך לכך כדין ושמטרתה קיום הסדר הטוב בנמל ובפעולות הנעשות בו;
(3)החייב להשיג רשיון לעסוק במקצועו בנמל והוא מבקר בנמל בלי שהשיג רשיון כאמור.
(ב)סירב האדם לעזוב את הנמל, רשאי כל פקיד נמל, פקיד מכס או שוטר להרחיקו בכוח.
