41. עיכוב כלי שיט ע״י פקיד המכס
[6א]
הודיע פקיד מוסמך לפקיד המכס שמתפקידו ליתן לכלי שיט תעודת מפדה, כי בעד כלי השיט או טובין שעליו לא שולמו אגרות נמל או תשלומים אחרים בסכום שפורש בהודעה, לא יתן פקיד המכס לכלי השיט תעודת מפדה אלא אם שוכנע שהסכום שולם או יש ערובה לתשלומו.
