52. המשתמט מתשלום אגרות
תיקון: תשמ״ז [15(2א)]
המסלק בלי הרשאת פקיד מוסמך טובין שלא שולמו בעדם אגרות נמל או תשלומים אחרים כדין ולא ניתנה ערובה לתשלומם, או משתמט מלשלם אגרות או תשלומים כאמור, דינו – מאסר שנה אחת או קנס, בנוסף לאגרות ולתשלומים כאמור.
