הורשע אדם בעבירה לפי פקודה זו רשאי בית המשפט לבטל כל רשיון שניתן לו לפיה, ומשעשה בית המשפט כן רשאי הממונה על הנמלים לבטל כל רשיון שניתן לכלי השיט שלגביו נעברה העבירה.
