59ה. סירוב לתת דגימה
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)סירב אדם הממלא תפקיד בכלי שיט לתת דגימה לפי סעיף 59ג, למעט דגימת רוק, לפי דרישת שוטר כאמור בסעיף 59ג או 59ד, יראו אותו כמי שעבר עבירה לפי סעיף 59ו.
(ב)הוראות סעיף זה לא יחולו על אדם הממלא תפקיד בכלי שיט שלא ניטלה ממנו דגימת דם בשל חשש לפגיעה בבריאותו בנסיבות האמורות בסעיף 59ד(ו).
