59ט. פסילה לעניין מילוי כל תפקיד בכלי שיט
תיקון: תשפ״ד
הטיל בית המשפט פסילה או פסילה על־תנאי מלקבל או מלהחזיק תעודת משיט או תעודת הסמכה כאמור בסעיף 59ז או 59ח, לפי העניין, יטיל את הפסילה כאמור לגבי מילוי כל תפקיד בכלי שיט מכל סוג שהוא; ואולם, בית המשפט רשאי, בנסיבות מיוחדות שיפורטו בפסק הדין, להורות כי הפסילה לא תחול לגבי מילוי תפקיד מסוים או לגבי סוג מסוים של כלי שיט.
