59יח. מילוי תפקיד בכלי שיט בזמן פסילה או בניגוד לתנאים
תיקון: תשפ״ד
מי שהודע לו שנפסל מלקבל או מלהחזיק תעודת משיט או תעודת הסמכה כאמור בפרק זה, וכל עוד הפסילה בתוקפה הוא ממלא תפקיד בכלי שיט בלי תעודת משיט או תעודת הסמכה, או מי שממלא תפקיד בכלי שיט בניגוד לתנאים שנוספו בתעודתו כל עוד הם בתוקפם, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(3) לחוק העונשין או שני העונשים כאחד.
