59כד. איסור שימוש בכלי שיט – ביצוע ופיקוח
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)השר לביטחון לאומי, בהתייעצות עם השר, רשאי לקבוע דרכים לביצוע הודעת איסור שימוש או צו איסור שימוש.
(ב)לשם פיקוח על ביצוע הודעת איסור שימוש או צו איסור שימוש, רשאי שוטר להיכנס בכל עת סבירה למקום שבו אמור כלי השיט להימצא או שיש לו יסוד סביר להניח שכלי השיט נמצא בו, למעט למקום המשמש למגורים.
