תיקון: תשנ״ד, תשנ״ט, תש״ע
אושרו בניינים כשיכון ציבורי לפי האמור בסעיף 1א, ישמש האישור ראיה חותכת לכך שהבניינים הוקמו על ידי המדינה או מטעמה או ביוזמתה, נכללו בתכנית שאושרה לפי חוק התכנון עד יום י״ד בטבת התש״ע (31 בדצמבר 2009), ושבנייתם החלה בתוך שנתיים ממועד אישור התכנית.
