13. מסירת חשוד למדינה חברה
הורה נציג משרד החוץ לפי הוראות סעיף 11, למסור חשוד למדינה חברה, יתאם הנציג הישראלי במדינה האמורה עם רשות האכיפה המוסמכת לעניין זה באותה מדינה, את מסירת החשוד לידיה בנמל השטח אותה מדינה.
