3. השתלטות על כלי שיט או מיתקן ימי
העושה אחד מאלה, דינו – מאסר עשרים שנים:
(1)משתלט בכוח או תוך איום להפעיל כוח על כלי שיט או על מיתקן ימי;
(2)תופס בכוח או תוך איום להפעיל כוח כלי שיט או מיתקן ימי.
