3. כיול וכיוון התקן מד־רעש
(א)התקן מד־הרעש יהיה מכויל, בכל עת, בהתאם להוראות היצרן.
(ב)התקן מד־הרעש יהיה מכוון, בכל עת, באופן שיגרום להפסקת זרם החשמל במערכת ההגברה וחידושה, כאמור בתקנה 2(ב).
