10. חוקי עזר
רשות מקומית רשאית, בחוק עזר, לקבוע הוראות מיוחדות לשם מניעה וצמצום של זיהום האוויר בתחומה, בהתחשב בתנאים המיוחדים של המקום ובתושביו, והסמכויות הנתונות לשר הפנים לגבי חוקי עזר לפי סעיף 258 לפקודת העיריות, ובסעיף 22 לפקודת המועצות המקומיות, יהיו נתונות, לגבי חוקי עזר כאמור, גם לשר.
