100. הוראות לעניין בקשות שהוגשו לפי הדין הישן
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
(א)הוראות הדין הישן יחולו על בקשה להיתר פליטה שהגיש בעל מקור פליטה שאינו מפעל קיים לפני היום הקובע, ועל ההיתר שיינתן יחולו הוראות הדין החדש כאילו היה מפעל קיים.
(ב)הוראות הדין הישן יחולו על בקשה לחידוש היתר לפי הוראות סעיף 25 לדין הישן, שהגיש בעל מקור פליטה ערב יום התחילה, ועל ההיתר שיינתן יחולו הוראות הדין החדש כאילו היה מפעל קיים.
