22ו. פרסום ודיווח לכנסת בעניין השגות
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
(החל מיום 5.9.2027):
(א)החלטות המנהל והמנהל הכללי לפי סעיפים 22ב ו־22ג וכן תשובות שניתנו במסגרת התייעצות לפי הוראות סעיף 22ג(ב), יפורסמו באתר האינטרנט של המשרד, והוראות סעיף 21(ד) יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, לעניין הפרסום.
(ב)השר יגיש לוועדה, לא יאוחר מ־30 באפריל מדי שנה, דיווח על השגות שהוגשו לפי סעיף זה והחלטות שהתקבלו בעניינן בשנה שקדמה למועד הדיווח.
