3. איסור זיהום אוויר חזק או בלתי סביר
(א)לא יגרום אדם לזיהום אוויר חזק או בלתי סביר.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מכלליות האמור בסעיף קטן (א), יראו זיהום אוויר כחזק או כבלתי סביר, בין השאר, כל אחד מאלה:
(1)חריגה מערכי סביבה שנקבעו לפי סעיף 6(א)(2);
(2)פליטת מזהם לאוויר בניגוד להוראות חוק זה.
