36. הגבלות ואיסורים לגבי מקורות פליטה ניידים
(א)לא יעשה אדם אחד מאלה אלא בהתאם להוראות שנקבעו לפי סעיף 35, לפי העניין:
(1)ייצר מקור פליטה נייד, ימכרנו, ייבאו או ישווקו;
(2)יפעיל מקור פליטה נייד או ישתמש בו.
(ב)הוראות סעיף קטן (א) לא יחולו על מכירה של מקור פליטה נייד שלא מתקיימות לגביו ההוראות שנקבעו לפי סעיף 35, אם המכירה היא שלא דרך עיסוק או לשם גריטתו או מיחזור חומריו בלבד.
