44. זיהוי מפקח
תיקון: תשע״א־2
(א)מפקח לא יעשה שימוש בסמכויות הנתונות לו לפי חוק זה, אלא בהתקיים כל אלה:
(1)הוא בעת מילוי תפקידו;
(2)הוא לובש מדי מפקח, בצבע ובצורה שהורה לעניין זה השר, ובלבד שלא יהיה בהם כדי להטעות כנחזים להיות מדי משטרה, והוא עונד באופן גלוי תג המזהה אותו ואת תפקידו;
(3)יש בידו תעודה החתומה בידי השר, המעידה על תפקידו ועל סמכויותיו שאותה יציג על פי דרישה.
