54. סכומים מופחתים
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
(א)הממונה (החל מיום 5.9.2027: המנהל) אינו רשאי להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהסכומים הקבועים בסימן זה, אלא לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (ב).
(ב)השר, בהסכמת שר המשפטים, רשאי לקבוע מקרים, נסיבות ושיקולים שבשלהם ניתן יהיה להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהקבוע בסימן זה, בשיעורים שיקבע.
