122. העברה למפקח
קברניט יעביר את השיפוט בעבירת משמעת למפקח אם ראה כי נתקיימה אחת מנסיבות אלה:
(1)עונש המשמעת שבסמכותו להטיל על איש הצוות אינו הולם את חומרת העבירה;
(2)העבירה שנעברה לא היתה קשורה לתפעול כלי השיט או למשמעת בו;
(3)אין זה מן הראוי, מכל טעם אחר, שהוא ישפוט את איש הצוות.
