127. ענשים שבסמכות מפקח
מפקח מוסמך להטיל את ענשי המשמעת המפורטים בפסקאות (1), (2) ו־(4) לסעיף 121 ולפסול ימאי לתפקיד או לשירות בכלי שיט פלוני או בסוג של כלי שיט או בסוג מסויים של הפלגות, לתקופה שלא תעלה על שני חדשים.
