181. עונש משמעתי לפי חיקוק אחר
היה ימאי נמנה עם הכפופים לשיפוט משמעתי לפי כל חיקוק אחר, מותר לשפוט את הימאי לפי חוק זה, אפילו כבר נשפט בשל אותו מעשה או מחדל לפי אותו חיקוק, ומותר לשפוט אותו לפי אותו חיקוק אפילו כבר נשפט לפי חוק זה.
