212. זכויות וחובות בהכשרת מתלמדים
השר ושר העבודה רשאים להתקין תקנות בדבר זכויותיהם וחובותיהם של המתלמדים בכלי שיט, של בעל כלי שיט ושל כל אדם הפועל מטעמו בפיקוח על מתלמדים בכלי שיט או בהדרכתם.
