220. אחריות בחבר בני אדם
חבר בני אדם שלא קיים הוראה מהוראות חוק זה, יאשם בעבירה גם כל מי שבשעת ביצוע העבירה היה חבר מינהלה פעיל, מנהל או פקיד אחראי של אותו חבר, ובשותפות – מי שהיה אותה שעה שותף בה, למעט שותף מוגבל, אם לא הוכיחו אחת משתי אלה:
(1)העבירה נעברה שלא בידיעתם;
(2)הם נקטו בכל האמצעים הנאותים להבטחת קיומה של ההוראה.
