37. הגבלת סמכותו של הקברניט
הגביל בעל כלי שיט את הסמכויות הנתונות לקברניט לפי סעיף 36(1), לא יהא תוקף להגבלה זו כלפי צד שלישי שלא ידע עליה ופעל בתום לב.
