50. סדר הפיקוד
השר רשאי לקבוע בתקנות את סדר הכפיפות לפיקוד בכלי שיט; כל עוד לא הותקנו התקנות, יהיה סדר הכפיפות לפיקוד לפי הנוהג הימי המקובל.
