62. המצאת רשימת הצוות למפקח
(א)בעל כלי שיט ימציא למפקח את רשימת הצוות לגבי כל הפלגה מנמל בישראל ולגבי כל הפלגה מנמל במדינת חוץ אם כלי השיט צוּות שם לראשונה או צוות מחדש לאחר שהושבת ללא צוותו התפעולי.
(ב)מועד הגשת רשימת הצוות ייקבע בתקנות.
