66. תוכן חוזה השירות וצורתו
(א)חוזה השירות יכלול את כל תנאי השירות המוסכמים החלים על שירותו של איש צוות; תנאים המצויים בהסכם קיבוצי תבוא עליהם בחוזה השירות הפניה להסכם הקיבוצי.
(ב)חוזה השירות יכול שיהיה ביותר ממסמך אחד, ובלבד שתהיה הפניה בין מסמך אחד למשנהו.
(ג)השר רשאי לקבוע צורתו של חוזה השירות ופרטים שבצורה שיש לכלול בו.
