סעיף 5 לחוק הגנת השכר, תשי״ח–1958, יחול על אנשי צוות שתנאי עבודתם נקבעו בהסכם קיבוצי, על אף האמור בסעיף 30(א) לחוק שעות העבודה והמנוחה, תשי״א–1951.
