סוכלה שכירותו של איש צוות כשכלי השיט נמצא מחוץ לישראל, זכאי איש הצוות לתשלום שכר במשך חדשיים לאחר הסיכול, או עד שהשיב אותו בעל כלי השיט לנמל הבית.
