82. הודעה על פטירת איש צוות
נפטר איש צוות בתקופת שכירותו, חייב בעל כלי השיט שהעסיקו ערב פטירתו להודיע על כך באמצעים המהירים שבידו –
(1)למשטרת ישראל, למפקח ולכל אדם אחר שהמפקח הורה עליו;
(2)לבני משפחתו הקרובים של הנפטר הידועים לבעל כלי השיט שאיתם ניתן להתקשר בטרחה סבירה.
