תיקון: תשע״ב
אדם לא יעסיק אדם אחר בתיווך במקרקעין אלא אם כן המועסק הוא בעל רשיון בתוקף לפי חוק זה; סעיף זה לא יחול לגבי העסקת אדם בתפקיד מינהלתי.
