14כט. כללי אתיקה מקצועית
תיקון: תשע״ב, תשפ״ג
השר, בהתייעצות עם הרשם והוועדה המייעצת ובאישור ועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה, רשאי לקבוע כללי אתיקה מקצועית לעניין התנהגותם וחובותיהם המקצועיות של מתווכים במקרקעין.
